We’re a small company with a crazy schedule, but Karen tries to answer as many calls as possible.

If you can’t reach her, she’s likely conducting a free over-the-phone walk-through, but if you leave a voice mail, the entire team is sent the message and we’ll respond as quick as possible.  If you’re calling after-hours, just leave a voicemail and tell us how much later you’ll be available in case we can give you call back.
