After completing trial versions of different studio management software options, we were wholeheartedly sold on Táve. We love this software for so many reasons: the interface is easy to use, leads can be entered quickly, correspondence can be tracked, and client access pages are easily personalized to match our branding and portfolio site. We used to organize our business in spreadsheets and word documents, and we were always worried we’d forget something – not any more!

Things had gotten to the point where I thought I was going to have to fork out the money to hire a full time employee to manage all the little details of my business. Then I found Táve, and it became my new employee! Now I have so much more free time, and all my details are carefully and beautifully kept within Táve. My customer service has increased by leaps and bounds because I now can quickly and easily check what I need to do to take care of them. The biggest thing Táve has changed for our photography business is through the online booking. We used to meet with clients once for a consultation and then have to meet up again to get the contract signed. This took away time we could be working or meeting with other clients. Once we started using Táve this freed up us having to meet more than once, and in a lot of cases at all. We can meet with clients and send them the Client Access link to look over and they can pick a package, sign the contract, and pay their retainer without us having to do anything at all. It has also kept us extremely organized. Instead of using Google docs and an address book to keep bits and pieces about our clients, we now keep everything in Táve. Everything about our clients is saved there, and they can fill in the blanks that are missing themselves in Client Access. This is a lifesaver, it’s like we hired a personal assistant but all in a program!

I am sure we have booked more weddings just because it was so easy for clients to book through Táve.

After spending countless hours researching the many studio management software options on the market… then more countless hours downloading and testing all of their demos, I’ve finally found the best solution for my studio. Táve makes organization so easy, and yet it’s so powerful at the same time. Most importantly, the layout and flow is seamless and feels “natural”, making it easy to learn since everything is right where it should be and organized in a way that’s convenient, efficient, and practical. I was up and running in no time. When I had questions, my emails were answered almost immediately (even during the off-hours that I often keep). As a part-time professional photographer (I have a great day job I love) I love shooting weddings. What I don’t love and isn’t easy for me is the management of all that goes along with the business. Having as many components of my business online and accessible anywhere is HUGE. I have tried all the systems available and am in love with your system. Now with the client online access my life is complete…along with making my life easier I am paper-free!
