Things had gotten to the point where I thought I was going to have to fork out the money to hire a full time employee to manage all the little details of my business. The biggest thing Táve has changed for our photography business is through the online booking. We used to meet with clients once for a consultation and then have to meet up again to get the contract signed. This took away time we could be working or meeting with other clients. Once we started using Táve this freed up us having to meet more than once, and in a lot of cases at all. We can meet with clients and send them the Client Access link to look over and they can pick a package, sign the contract, and pay their retainer without us having to do anything at all. It has also kept us extremely organized. Instead of using Google docs and an address book to keep bits and pieces about our clients, we now keep everything in Táve. Everything about our clients is saved there, and they can fill in the blanks that are missing themselves in Client Access. This is a lifesaver, it’s like we hired a personal assistant but all in a program!
I am sure we have booked more weddings just because it was so easy for clients to book through Táve.

As a part-time professional photographer (I have a great day job I love) I love shooting weddings. What I don’t love and isn’t easy for me is the management of all that goes along with the business.
